STELLA is a cooperative library consortium serving 44 member libraries throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union counties. Established in 1986, STELLA provides shared technology, professional development, cooperative services, resource sharing, and other programs that help member libraries deliver high-quality services to their communities.
STELLA is a focused, innovative, and collaborative organization committed to supporting library staff and strengthening cooperation among our member libraries.
