The Maplewood Memorial Library seeks an innovative and forward thinking children’s librarian to serve as part of the Youth Services Department. Reporting to the Head of Youth Services, this dynamic individual understands our unique and diverse community and approaches their work with enthusiasm and creativity. They are collaborative, have strong communication skills, provide excellent customer services to patrons of all ages and love working with children. They demonstrate knowledge of children’s literature and flexible thinking. They are current in public library matters and show a commitment to sustainable workplace and professional practices.
